Navicure acquiring ZirMed for $750M — 5 insights

Revenue cycle management company Navicure will acquire healthcare technology company ZirMed, Louisville Business First reports.

Here's what you should know:

1. Navicare is buying ZirMed for $750 million.

2. The approximately 300 private ZirMed shareholders received cash for their stake and will own no part of the combined company.
