Nicole Gritton from Laser Spine Institute will share her insights on ways to prevent infections and assess risk during her presentation titled, “Infection Prevention and Risk Management in an ASC” at Becker’s ASC 22nd Annual Meeting — Business and Operations of ASCs.

Ms. Gritton presently serves as the senior vice president of medical operations for the Laser Spine Institute. Her primary responsibilities include managing quality, clinical, risk management, nursing and operation oversight of Laser Spine Institute’s ambulatory surgery and physician practices. She has given numerous presentations on infection control and quality assurance in addition to implementing practices resulting in an infection rate of less than 1 percent at Laser Spine Institute.
