Insight Imaging acquired the assets of LG Medical Technologies to expand its fleet of mobile MRI and CT systems, DotMed reports.

1. Insight Imaging is acquiring 27 mobile imaging units.
2. LG Medical will consolidate services and operate out of Insight's headquarters.
3. Neither company disclosed financial terms of the acquisition.
4. Insight Imaging General Manager Steve Richter said to DotMed, "It's just a great fit. Very similar philosophies of how we want to go to market in customer service."
