Healthcare Americans No. 1 concern: 4 takeaways

Americans ranked healthcare as their biggest concern in Consumer Reports' second Consumer Voice Survey which polled 1,007 U.S. adults in April.

Here are four takeaways:

1. Fifty-seven percent said they worry about whether they and their loves ones will be able to afford health insurance.

2. Forty-one percent lack confidence whether they can access physicians, tests, treatment and medications when needed. This figure is up from the 35 percent in January who voiced these concerns.

3. Seventy-eight said the government should help to make sure everyone has access to affordable, quality healthcare.

4. Kaiser Family Foundation data showed people with employer-based insurance have had premium increases of 20 percent since 2011.
