Griffin Eye Center among first to use ZEPTO Capsulotomy System: 4 points

Myrtle Beach, S.C.-based Griffin Eye Center is one of the first ophthalmic centers in the U.S. to use ZEPTO Capsulotomy System, a precision pulse capsulotomy device, according to Myrtle Beach Online.

Here are four points:

1. Surgeons can use the FDA-approved device for complex cataract surgery.

2. Griffin Eye Center's Neil Griffin, MD, performed the procedure with ZEPTO.

3. Dr. Griffin has expertise in endokeratoplasty, a new type of corneal transplantation technique. Throughout the U.S., he has presented study results on the technique.

4. Dr. Griffin is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
