CHRISTUS surgery center receives patient satisfaction award 6th year running

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Physicians Ambulatory Surgery Center-New Braunfels (Texas) has received the 2013/2014 APEX Quality Award for patient satisfaction for the sixth consecutive year, according to a report from the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung.

The award, from healthcare solutions company Voyance, was presented to 90 healthcare organizations, 10 of which are receiving the award for the sixth year running.

Award recipients demonstrate the “highest level of excellence in patient satisfaction and overall care for a 12-month period,” and performed well on indicators for clinical, operational and interpersonal performance, according to the report.
