Cary (N.C.) Skin Center implemented the Infina platform at its Cary and Pinehurst, N.C., practices.
Here's what you should know.
1. The platform allows providers to share EHRs despite where they work or what EHR they use.
2. The platform also features ICC Direct. ICC Direct uses secure messaging to automate the creation of new ICC referrals from any certified EHR. The providers can then electronically exchange documents.
3. ICC Direct also helps providers meet the MACRA's electronic transmission requirement.
