ASC counts for 5 national management companies — AmSurg, USPI & more

The number of ASCs operated by the five largest management companies has steadily grown, climbing about 4.7 percent annually since 2011, according to VMG Health.

From 2017 to 2018, the number of centers partnering with a national operator increased from 27.6 percent of all Medicare-certified centers to 28.5 percent.
