Allergan moves corporate headquarters: 3 key notes

The formerly Parsippany-Troy Hills, N.J.-based Allergan has moved its corporate headquarters to Madison, N.J., to keep 1,500 jobs in the state and create an 300 more full-time positions, NJ.com reports.

Here’s what you should know.

1. New Jersey state officials gave the company more than $58 million in incentives to keep the headquarters in state through the Grow New Jersey program.

2. Allergan consolidated its other branches in Parsippany, Bridgewater and Jersey City. Its 1,800 employees will work out of Madison.

3. The company leased the new space for 13 years
