• Robert Sandmeier, MD, orthopedic surgeon at The Portland Clinic
• Doug Riggs, lobbyist and president of NW Grassroots and Communication’s
• Simon Schwartz, associate executive director of the Oregon Ambulatory Surgery Center Association
3. In 2015, Speaker Kotek and OASCA presented Dr. Sandmeier with the 2015 Physician Leader of the Year award, which OASCA presents to an outstanding member in the surgical community.
4. Alberty Surgical Center offers foot and ankle as well as anesthesiology and pain management services.
