NC eye surgeon surrenders medical license amid sexual harassment suit
Jonathan Christenbury, MD, a Charlotte, N.C.-based eye surgeon, surrendered his medical license yesterday amid sexual harassment allegations. Two former employees at Dr. Christenbury's clinic, Christenbury Eye Center, filed a lawsuit against him in July alleging sexual harassment and a hostile workplace. The lawsuit also claims Dr. Christenbury retaliated against women who rejected him by not paying them or making late payments.
