Ophthalmologist Michael Caruso, DO, joined Kremer Eye Center in Cherry Hill, N.J., as an affiliate partner. As a part of his new affiliation, he will now provide pre-surgery consultations and postoperative care for Kremer Eye Center’s LASIK surgery patients.
Susan DeSimone is now the director of business development at Phoenix Spine Surgery Center. Previously, she was the director of business development at the Desert Institute for Spine Care in Phoenix.
Andrew Weiss, administrator of The Endo Center at Voorhees in Township, N.J., was elected president of the New Jersey Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
Dana Yocum, previously an administrator with United Surgical Partners International, is now a regional director of operations with Surgcenter Development.
