2 tips for patient satisfaction & retention

Maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction and retention is crucial remaining in business. Here are two tips for ambulatory surgery centers and physician practices, according to a MediGain blog post.

•    Clinical outcomes, while extremely important, are often not the deciding factor in patient satisfaction. Patients are more satisfied with and more likely return to a physician that is perceived as personable.
•    Use online reviews to your advantage. Though there may be a few bad reviews, consider publishing patient satisfaction surveys for current and potential patients to view. They will appreciate the transparency and see that the good feedback outweighs the bad.
