4 The governor of Florida says Florida would wait for a federal fix.
5. It is estimated that low and middle income Americans will lose an average of $272 each month.
6. Without the subsidies, the out-of-pocket premium for Americans increases 255 percent this year alone.
7. This cost would force many Americans to drop coverage. This would undo the work of healthcare law that worked to reduce the number of uninsured Americans.
8. According to the Urban Institute, 6.3 million of Americans would become uninsured if subsidies are ruled unconstitutional.
9 The health insurance market would diminish by 69 percent or 9.8 million people by next year.
10. If subsidies are declared unconstitutional, the judge would allow for a transition period while allowing Congress ample time to devise a legislative solution.
