The surgery center informed the state of Florida on Oct. 19 that it wants to build a 4,289-square-foot, $684,209 surgery center, according to the report. But company CEO Randy Frey says those plans are changing, and indicated the company is trying to close on a property in Winter Park by the end of January.
Ruth Hill Yeilding, MD, will be the physician at the center. Mr. Frey said oculofacial surgery is facial plastic surgery focusing on the eyes.
