More than 1 in 5 physicians say they would choose a different career if given the chance to start over, according to Medical Economics‘ 96th Physician Report, published Dec. 29.
Here’s how physicians answered the question: “If you could go back in time and choose your career again, would you choose the same medical specialty, a different specialty, or a different career?”

- Different career: 21%
- Prefer not to answer: 3%
