Vestavia Hills, Ala.-based Vestavia Medical Plaza is on track to open in November, the Vestavia Voice reports.
What you should know:
1. The $21 million medical office building will house an ASC, a diagnostic center and office space. The ASC will feature four operating rooms and two procedure rooms.
2. Swaid Swaid, MD, will relocate his Vestavia office into the space too, establishing the Swaid Clinic.
3. Dr. Swaid and Larry Taylor partnered to build the clinic. The pair aim to open the clinic to the public in December.
4. The facility will feature spine, orthopedics, pain management and general surgery services.
