Here are three quick facts:
1. Woodside Health bought the 70,652-square-foot Arrowhead Professional Center from YAM Properties for $16.5 million.
2. A surgery center jointly owned by Phoenix-based providers Banner Health and the CORE Institute anchors the fully occupied campus, which comprises eight buildings.
3. Five hospitals are situated within 15 minutes of Arrowhead Professional Center. The property includes a 1.3-million-square-foot super-regional mall.
“The property’s Arrowhead location and strong intrinsic value, combined with excellent operation at full occupancy by YAM Properties, made the asset a great acquisition by Woodside Health,” said Steve Lindley of Cushman & Wakefield Phoenix’s capital markets group.
