The ASC is currently owned by ProHealth Care, Froedtert & Community Health and Milwaukee-based Aurora Health Care.
ProHealth will also sell its ProHealth Care Medical Associates clinics and some physician practices in three cities as part of the deal. The sale will see the transfer of more than 50 physician practices and about 400 staff, according to the report in The Business Journal of Milwaukee.
The agreement is expected to be finalized by the end of August.
