  • 5.0x-5.9x — 27 percent
  • 6.0x-6.9x — 27 percent
  • 7.0x-7.9x — 9 percent
  • 8.0x or higher — 9 percent

Multiples paid for minority interests

  • Less than 2.0x — 17 percent
  • 2.0x-2.9x — 8 percent
  • 3.0x-3.9x — 13 percent
  • 4.0x-4.9x — 37 percent
  • 5.0x-5.9x — 17 percent
