An ASC jointly operated by United Surgical Partners International and a local physician group has been acquired by Cornerstone Companies, a healthcare real estate firm.

Stone Manor MOB in Warrington, Pa., is a 62,750-square-foot facility that includes a multispeciality, high-volume ASC operated by Bucks County Surgical Suites and USPI, according to an April 22 news release from CBRE, which facilitated the transaction.

The ASC has two operating rooms and one treatment room and performs hand and upper extremity, joint replacement, orthopedic, pain management, sports medicine, podiatry and ENT surgeries.

The MOB was built in 2007 and was 93% leased at the time of the sale. Fresenius Medical Care, a dialysis provider, is also a tenant at the center, the release said.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
