United Surgical Partners to Sell Elmwood Park Same Day Surgery Center for $1.4M

United Surgical Partners International intends to sell Elmwood (Ill.) Same Day Surgery Center for $1.4 million to Scott Borre, the CEO of Instant Care Management, according to a Crain’s Chicago Business report.

United Surgical Partners has owned a stake in the surgery center since 2004. 

An application for the transaction was filed with the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board on May 28.
