Dallas-based U.S. Dermatology Partners strengthened its inroads in Arizona by acquiring Sun City West, Ariz.-based Beatrice Keller Clinic Dermatology.
Here's what you should know.
1. U.S. Dermatology acquired all three of the BKC Dermatology's Arizona-based clinics in Sun City West, Peoria and Goodyear.
2. The acquisition will increase USDP's existing Arizona presence to almost 30 physicians in the greater Phoenix area.
3. USDP Southwest Regional Medical Director Howard Luber, MD, said, "We are excited to welcome the physicians and staff of the Beatrice Keller Clinic to the Southwest division of U.S. Dermatology Partners. The strong reputation and high quality of care fostered by Dr. [James] Groff and his associates brings another well-respected practice into our growing organization."
