University of Miami Health System is building a 225,000-square-foot outpatient healthcare facility on 10 acres in Miami, the South Florida Business Journal reports.

1. The campus will house ambulatory surgery suites and will feature specialists from Miami-based providers Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, among others.

2. UM hasn’t made a development timeline public yet.

3. The outpatient center will be one of the anchors of the $4 billion mixed-use SoLé Mia development.
