Alongside The Villages (Fla.) Health, Anchor Health Properties is opening a multispecialty building that will include healthcare services, according to Commercial Property Executive.

Here are four key points:

1. The Villages-based Center for Advanced Healthcare at Brownwood will offer a host of services including primary care, conferences, a spa and a hotel.

2. The center will include an ASC and a rehab surgery center, as well.

3. The Center for Advanced Healthcare at Brownwood will offer residents access to more than 25 specialties such as ophthalmology and oncology, among several others.

4. Anchor Health Properties aims to break ground on the facility early next year.
