Chicago-based Singlepoint Healthcare has acquired Healix, a Sugar Land, Texas-based national infusion services provider supporting more than 220 physician-owned and ambulatory infusion centers across the U.S., according to a June 16 news release.
The acquisition is Singlepoint’s third in the past year and expands the company’s ability to deliver comprehensive care for patients with inflammatory disease.Healix has provided outpatient infusion management and pharmacy services for more than 35 years across specialties including infectious disease, gastroenterology, neurology and rheumatology.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
