Texas building with Muve Health ASC gains $7M in financing

University Federal Credit Union provided $7 million for the refinancing cash-out of Serene Hills Commons, a medical office building in Lakeway, Texas, according to UFCU's Chad Henson.

What you should know:

1. The two-story, 25,032-square-foot building houses multiple tenants, including Muve Lakeway Ambulatory Surgical Center. Muve Health is headquartered in Leawood, Kan.

2. The ASC offers hip and joint replacement procedures on the first floor of the medical office building. The second floor features surgical stay suites.

3. UFCU's seven-year financing entails a 25-year amortization, competitive fixed rate, no prepayment penalty and a customized recourse solution for a repeat local sponsor.
