SurgNet Health Partners acquires Alabama endoscopy center

Nashville, Tenn.-based ASC management company SurgNet Health Partners has acquired Tuscaloosa (Ala.) Endoscopy Center.

The center has provided gastrointestinal diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures in the area for more than 40 years, led by AB Reddy, MD, Rekha Khurana, MD, and Kartika Reddy, MD, according to an Aug. 8 news release. 

Since SurgNet’s launch in 2022, it has continued to grow, with practices in Michigan, Ohio and now, Alabama. 

The deal closed July 3, and Dr. Reddy plans to remain actively involved in providing care and shaping the future of the center.
