Boston-based SurgiSite North partnered with Bowdoin Construction Corp., for its new 8,000-square-foot surgery center in Chelmford, Mass., NEREJ reports.

Here’s what you should know:

1. The center specializes in ophthalmology.

2. It features an operating room, preoperative and postoperative spaces as well as an exam and sterilization room.

3. The center is LEED certified, which means it is energy efficient.
