Surgical Arts on State Opens in Santa Barbara

Surgical Arts on State, which houses two plastic surgery practices, a fertility center and dermatology practice, has opened in Santa Barbara, Calif., according to a Santa Barbara Independent report.

The new plastic surgery facility includes Montecito Plastic Surgery & Pacific Plastic Surgery, the Art of Plastic Surgery, Southern California Reproductive Center and Aloe Dermatology.
