7. Net loss attributable to Surgery Partners for the year to date 2016 fell 58.4 percent, hitting $5.1 million. During the second quarter of 2015, the company had a $12.2 million net loss attributable to Surgery Partners.
8. For the year to date 2016, Surgery Partners adjusted EBITDA rallied 13.5 percent, reaching $84.5 million.
9. The company had cash and cash equivalents of $51.6 million and availability of $146.9 million under its revolving credit facility as of June 30, 2016.
10. The company expects adjusted EBITDA to fall between $184 million to $191 million for the full year 2016.
