Brentwood, Tenn.-based Surgery Partners increased revenue by 4.5% in the first quarter compared to 2025, according to its financial results posted May 5.

- Revenue reached $811 million in 2026’s first quarter of 2026, up from $776 million in the first quarter of 2025.
- Surgery Partners reported a net loss of $35.9 million and adjusted EBITDA of $102.3 million in the first quarter of 2026.
- Same-facility cases grew slightly to 178,990 in the first quarter, with revenue per case increasing 3.8% to $5,073.
- Same-facility revenue growth increased 4.4% when days adjusted.
- The company is projecting 2026 revenues to be between $3.35 billion to $3.45 billion.
- Surgery Partners had a network of 180 surgical facilities at the end of the first quarter of 2026, up 16 centers compared to the first quarter of 2025.
- The organization currently has 122 consolidated surgical facilities, up from 118 at the end of the first quarter in 2025.
- At the end of the first quarter, Surgery Partners had cash and cash equivalents of $182.3 million and $666.1 million of borrowing capacity under its revolving credit facility.
- Surgery Partner’s ratio of total net debt to EBITDA was about 4.3x at the end of the quarter.
