SurgCenter Development opens multispecialty ASC: 5 points

Pismo Beach, Calif.-based SurgCenter Development and physician investors partnered to open an ASC in Grand Rapids, Mich., according to Mlive.

Here are five points:

1. Grand Rapids Surgical Suites is 6,600 square feet.

2. The surgery center’s 11 surgeons started seeing patients on Feb. 10, 2017.

3. The multispecialty offers orthopedic, oculoplastic and otorhinolaryngology surgery.

4. The ASC houses one operating room and two minor procedure rooms.

5. The center marks SurgCenter Development’s second ASC in Michigan.
