SurgCenter Development opens 12th center in Florida; AmSurg earnings per share total $1.13 in Q3 & more — 5 ASC company notes

Here are five updates on ASC management companies from the past week.

During the week of Jan. 30 to Feb. 3, 2017, Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America shares rallied 5.4 percent, trading at $83.30 per share.

Pismo Beach, Calif.-based SurgCenter Development opened an ASC in St. Lucie, Fla., on Jan. 27, 2017. SurgCenter of St Lucie marks the ASC management company’s 12th operational center in the state.

Analysts rated Nashville-based Surgery Partners shares a “buy.” Analysts see a 31.87 percent potential increase from Surgery Partner’s current price of $18.20.

Twelve research firms issued Nashville-based AmSurg shares a “buy” rating. AmSurg reported earnings per share of $1.13 last quarter.

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare shares traded at $18.34 per share during the week of Jan. 30 to Feb. 3, 2017,  a 0.3 percent increase.
