Smoky Mountain ASC Files CON Application for Addition of Pain Management

Smoky Mountain Ambulatory Surgery Center in Knoxville, Tenn., has filed an application for a certificate of need for the addition of interventional pain management services, according to a Tennessee CON Report – August 2013.
