Senior Housing Property Trust Acquires Center for Specialty Surgery Building

A subsidiary of Senior Housing Property Trust acquired the Texas Center for Athletes medical office building in San Antonio, which houses several tenants including The Center for Specialty Surgery, according to a San Antonio Business Journal report.

Representatives of the building’s owner said that the purchaser was attracted to the tenants of MOB, including the surgery center, according to the report.

The MOB is located adjacent to the San Antonio Spurs training facility.
