SCA Stock Price Rises 15%

On Wednesday morning, Surgical Care Affiliates’ stock price rose 15 percent from $24 per share to $27.60, according to an ABC News report.

The company is selling 7.9 million shares for $188.6 million, while the remaining stocks of the total 9.8 million to be sold will be sold by company shareholders.

SCA shares are currently trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market with the ticker symbol SCAI.
