1. Through the partnership, SCA operates a total of five surgical facilities in Maryland.
2. Thomas Johnson Surgery Center, a physician-led outpatient surgery center, offers general, gynecology, podiatry, spine and urology services.
3. SCA jointly owns the surgery center with physician investors.
4. As of March 31, 2016, SCA operated 194 surgical facilities, comprised of ASCs and surgical hospitals.
5. SCA is currently in partnership with nearly 2,800 physicians.
