The selling stockholders, including affiliates such as TPG Global and certain SCA leaders, are expected to give the underwriters of the secondary offering an option to purchase up to an additional 1.05 million shares of common stock at the public offering price.
Goldman, Sachs & Co., Citigroup Global Markets and J.P. Morgan Securities are serving as joint book-running mangers and representatives of the underwriters.
