SCA CEO Andrew Hayek sells 10k shares of company stock

Andrew Hayek, CEO of Surgical Care Affiliates, has sold 10,101 shares of company stock for a total transaction price of $363,029.94, according to a Dakota Financial News report.

The stock was sold at an average price of $35.94 per share, according to the report. Now, Mr. Hayek directly owns 76,271 shares of SCA stock, valued at $2.74 million.

The transaction was disclosed in a Securities & Exchange Commission filing.
