Murfreesboro, Tenn.-based Saint Thomas Health purchased 2.25 acres of land for $1.19 million to build its new outpatient surgery center, the Murfreesboro Voice reports.

1. The center will be approximately 13,000 square feet.

2. It’ll be a multispecialty center with two operating rooms and one procedure room.

3. Saint Thomas Health anticipates spending more than $16 million to develop the center.
