Saint Francis Hospital Absorbs Joint Venture Surgery Center

Saint Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., has assumed operations of the Hudson Valley Center at Saint Francis, previously a joint venture outpatient surgery center between the hospital and a group of surgeon owners, according to a Poughkeepsie Journal report.
