Here are five highlights:
1. The Riverton Hospital Outpatient Services Center was designed to help Riverton Hospital better meet the needs of the growing communities in the southwest corner of the Salt Lake Valley.
2. Cancer care, rheumatology and Primary Children’s Hospital pediatric outpatient programs are being expanded at Riverton Hospital.
3. The four-story, 120,000-square-foot center will house services such as rheumatology, pulmonology, senior services, ophthalmology and podiatry.
4. The center will also allow current services such as the laboratory, endoscopy and physical therapy to expand.
5. New radiation therapy and infusion services departments will open in the outpatient services building.
