An 18,000-square-foot medical office building in Pawtucket, R.I., recently sold for $4.75 million, Providence Business News reported Jan. 29.
Tenants of the building include Women & Infants Health Care Alliance Obstetrics and Gynecology, Affinity Family Medicine, and Highbar Physical Therapy.
The Rioview Group, a real estate company, sold the building to Albany Road-21 Division Street. Albany Road-21 is an affiliate of Albany Road Real Estate Partners, a private equity real estate firm.
