Regent Surgical Health Forms New Joint Venture Partnership With Loveland Surgery Center

Ambulatory surgery center management and development company Regent Surgical Health has announced the formation of a new joint venture partnership with the physician partners of Loveland (Colo.) Surgery Center.

The 8,400-square-foot surgery center offers ENT, spine, orthopedics, gynecology and pain management services.

The surgery center, which includes three operating rooms, has 10 physicians. The ASC also has a license for extended overnight patient stays.

Regent Surgical Health is now partnered with 23 ambulatory surgery centers.
