1. The new 8,530-square-foot surgery center will feature four operating rooms, including a hybrid room.
2. The new center will be built north of the Surgery Center and Maternal/Child Services Building, which has eight operating rooms.
3. The hybrid room will include a biplane imaging system.
4. Construction is expected to be complete in 2017.
