Real estate trust acquires Arkansas building with GI services for $34.8M — 4 insights

Flagship Healthcare Trust acquired Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic, the largest multispecialty practice in central Arkansas, for $34.8 million, the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette reports.

What you should know:

1. The 96,692-square-foot medical office building is 100 percent leased to Little Rock-based CHI St. Vincent Medical Group.

2. Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic opened nearly 60 years ago and has become the largest multispecialty care clinic in central Arkansas. The clinic offers an array of services including gastroenterology, internal medicine and podiatry, among others.

3. LRDC's parent company, Indianapolis-based St. Vincent Health System, guaranteed the clinic's lease.

4. This is Flagship's first acquisition in the Arkansas market.

"We are honored to have been chosen by the physician partners of Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic for our first acquisition in the Little Rock market," said Gerald Quattlebaum, Flagship's senior vice president of acquisitions.
