Real estate platform acquires Florida MOB for $28.5M

Sun Life Insurance Co. of Canada has purchased a medical office building in Riverview, Fla., for $28.5 million, according to a May 7 report from Tampa Bay Business and Wealth.

The 33,694-square-foot facility is anchored by AdventHealth Primary Care Network. 

The company acquired the property through BentallGreenOak, its global real estate investment platform.
