Real estate investment manager BGO has acquired a fully leased medical office building with an ASC in Durham, N.C.

The two-story, 35,171-square-foot property, built in 2020, is fully leased to Durham-based EmergeOrtho, one of North Carolina’s largest orthopedic groups, according to a Nov. 18 news release.

The acquisition expands BGO’s portfolio of outpatient medical properties in high-growth markets, the firm said.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
