Global real estate investment manager BGO has acquired two endoscopy surgery center properties in Florida that are leased to United Digestive.
Currency Circle Surgery Center in Lake Mary, Fla., and Wellness Avenue Surgery Center in Orange City, Fla., are 100% leased to United Digestive, according to an April 22 news release from BGO.
The two properties, constructed in 2023, total nearly 30,000-square-feet. The ASCs were built for a partnership between United Digestive and United Surgical Partners International.
Both of the ASCs provide outpatient procedures, including colonoscopy, esophagogastroduodenoscopy, capsule endoscopy and advanced therapeutic endoscopy services, the release said.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
